v Modelling of Building Architecture and Building Utilities like HVAC, Lighting, Fire Alarm System and related services such as tray, conduit, pull box etc.
Technical Competency:
v Awareness of Building MEP services.
v Interface with other facilities such as structural, architectural requirements like false ceiling, false flooring, HVAC, firefighting system, telecommunication system, plumbing works etc.
Soft Skills:
v Working in a self-supporting self-motivating manner
v Good written verbal communication skill in English
v Effective team member
Software Knowledge:
v Revit 3D
v Navisworks
