Revit Structural Modeler

Struvek delivers engineering drafting, BIM modeling and coordination for AEC firms. We start with structural building projects and are growing into more engineering disciplines. You will join a young team that works directly with a senior BIM lead and learns the standards US firms expect.

Role summary

You will build structural Revit models and produce drawing sheets for building projects, working under the Senior Revit BIM Modeler. You take clear tasks, deliver them accurately, and check your own work before review.

Responsibilities

• Model structural elements in Revit (foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, framing) from markups and engineer sketches.
• Prepare structural plans, sections, details and schedules on drawing sheets.
• Apply company BIM standards, templates, families and naming rules.
• Follow the Senior Modeler's review comments and fix drawings quickly.
• Run basic model checks and coordinate with architectural and MEP models when needed.
• Keep files organized and report progress and blockers daily.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on Revit experience on structural building projects.
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Strong skills in Revit Structure and AutoCAD.
• Able to read structural drawings (steel, concrete) and build complete drawing sets from them.
• A portfolio or sample sheet set from past work (required).
• Good written English for task updates.
• Available to work on-site in Lahore.

Nice to have

• Navisworks or basic clash detection.
• Tekla or Revit rebar detailing.
• Familiarity with US codes (ACI, AISC) and drawing standards.
• Experience with Dynamo or other Revit automation.

What we offer

• Salary of PKR 130,000 – 150,000 per month, set by skill and portfolio.
• Full-time, on-site role in Lahore, Monday to Friday.

• Some overlap with US working hours may be required.
