RevOps Manager

About the role

Owns the scalable, digital-first side of B2B lead generation: cold-calling and qualifying inbound and outbound leads and handing qualified meetings to the Account Executives. This is a distinct motion from Business Development, which sources and closes its own relationship-based deals; SDRs work a repeatable, volume-driven funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Cold-call and qualify inbound and outbound B2B leads across Thai and English-speaking segments
• Book qualified meetings and hand off to Account Executives with clean context in the CRM
• Work leads within the defined recontact service standard
• Log all call outcomes and lead status changes in the CRM
• Support the B2B chamber and offline events motion with pre- and post-event follow-up calling
• Feed lead-quality and objection patterns back to RevOps and the copywriting team for messaging refinement

About you

• 3-5 yrs experience in cold-calling, SDR, or inside-sales roles, ideally B2B
• Fluent in Thai and/or English depending on the assigned language segment
• Comfortable working a high-volume, KPI-driven calling cadence
• Basic CRM literacy or a fast learner on new sales tooling
• Resilient and coachable: this is a qualification funnel, not a closing role
