RevOps Solutions Architect

For our client, we are seeking a RevOps Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will help shape scalable revenue operations solutions that bridge business needs with technical design, supporting both internal stakeholders and client-facing engagements. You will define architecture standards, guide solution strategy, and translate complex requirements into practical recommendations. The position also calls for strong collaboration across functional teams and the ability to coach others while keeping pace with evolving technology trends.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project solutions and approaches
• Design complex solutions and present recommendations to clients to build trust and alignment
• Define architecture principles and standards, and communicate design decisions clearly
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members
• Stay current on technology trends to inform team strategy

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing
• Specialization in technical or solution architecture, or CPQ
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and core features
• Strong proficiency in lean and agile development practices
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
• Bonus: Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect, or currently pursuing certification
