Rewards Manager

About the role

Elliott Scott HR is partnering with a leading global commodities organisation to appoint a Rewards Manager in Singapore. This role will support the organisation’s reward agenda, with a strong focus on compensation, benefits and incentive programmes.

Summary of the Role and Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and management of compensation and benefits programmes.
• Manage and enhance reward initiatives in line with business needs and market practices.
• Support the design and administration of short-term and long-term incentive programmes.
• Provide advice and support to stakeholders on reward and compensation matters.
• Contribute to salary reviews, benchmarking and other compensation activities.
• Support reward projects and process improvements across the organisation.

Key Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a similar role.
• Strong experience across compensation, benefits and broader reward programmes.
• Hands-on experience with short-term and long-term incentives.
• Good understanding of reward practices and market benchmarking.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience within commodities, financial services, trading or a multinational environment is advantageous.
