RF Design Engineer

About the role

Atlas Manufacturing Co. Ltd. is seeking an RF Design Engineer to join our IT team on a full-time basis in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Ayutthaya.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop RF circuits, systems and components for telecommunications applications, utilising industry-standard CAD tools and simulation software
• Conduct detailed RF analysis, modelling and optimisation to meet specified performance requirements and technical specifications
• Perform electromagnetic (EM) simulations and validate designs through measurements and prototyping
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers and product managers to integrate RF solutions into broader system architectures
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting and validation of RF designs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and engineering reports
• Stay current with industry developments and emerging RF technologies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the transition of designs from prototype to production, providing guidance to manufacturing and quality assurance teams

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Telecommunications
• Experience designing power amplifiers (PA), low-noise amplifiers (LNA), filters, mixers, and antennas.
• Strong grasp of transmission lines, S-parameters, impedance matching, and noise figures
• Hands-on competence using vector network analyzers (VNA), spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
• Strong command of written and spoken English for effective communication with both local and international teams.
• Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong logical thinking, clear communication skills, and the ability to work diligently.
