RF Engineer

About the role

Optimize drive test metrics for the wireless network front-end, identify, track, and resolve front-end network issues, and plan and implement wireless network optimization work with customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize drive test metrics for the wireless network front-end and identify, track, and resolve front-end network issues
• Plan, implement, and manage customer communication of wireless network optimization work
• Organize end-to-end cluster acceptance including subcontractor test tracking, front-end test optimization, acceptance report generation, and client presentation
• Organize and participate in customer communication activities, prepare relevant materials and reports, and collect customer issues and requirements

About you

• Familiar with GSM/LTE/NR basic principles, mobile communication standards, protocols and radio optimization
• More than 2 years of experience in telecommunication engineering implementation and network maintenance
• Outgoing personality, logical thinking, and good communication skills
• Strong team spirit, customer service awareness, and goal-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Work proactively and diligently with high sense of responsibility and strong execution capability
