We are seeking a Radio Frequency Engineer to join our Engineering Division. You will analyse requirements, conceptualise solutions, design and simulate RF systems, conduct tests, and refine designs to support defence-related applications across air, land, sea, space, and cyberspace domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse user specifications and requirements.
• Conceptualise and propose technical solutions.
• Design RF systems and perform simulations to validate solutions.
• Plan and conduct tests to characterise performance.
• Analyse test results, identify design gaps, and propose refinements.
• Validate design improvements through further simulations and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in digital/mixed-signal, EMI/EMC, antennas, and related engineering areas.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; prior knowledge or experience in RF preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with RF design, simulation tools, and testing methodologies is advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Team player, self-motivated, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Other: Interest in defence technology and willingness to work in a research-oriented environment.
