RF Waveguide Designer + Production Manager

We are hiring an RF Waveguide Designer + Production Manager for hands-on work in a lean team of our defence company. Responsibilities

• Design Radio frequency components.
• Calculate and optimize VSWR, return loss and insertion loss.
• Convert designs into production-ready drawings.
• Define product specifications
• Manage waveguide prototype and batch production.
• Inspect dimensions, internal surfaces, bends, joints and flanges.
• Analyse performance problems in manufacturing processes after visitations
• Implement design and production corrections.
• Control drawings, BOMs, inspection requirements, production status and final acceptance.
• Ensure repeatability between prototype and production units.

Candidate Engineering degree with direct experience in RF design and production. This is a RADIO FREQUENCY SPECIALITY role.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
