What they need
工作职责 1、根据产品需求，分解功能，组织解决方案的实现 2、负责关键器件选型与评估； 3、负责硬件平台参考电路原理图设计，PCB布局布线检查； 4、负责平台射频性能调试测试跟踪管理，推动项目进展，组织重要技术攻关 5、负责硬件平台文档编写 6、负责平台推广和重要客户支持
任职要求 1、硕士3年以上，本科5年以上硬件设计经验，熟练使用各种仪器仪表和PADS/Cadence等开发工具； 2、熟悉3GPP 射频协议，对射频各模块指标分配，链路预算精通； 3、工作态度积极主动，吃苦耐劳，思路清晰，良好的团队合作，有一定项目管理经验优先； 4、微波，射频通信等电子类专业； 5、英语听说能力良好；
