Job Description Job title: The Revenue Growth Manager acts as a linking pin between the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams driving pricing & distribution optimization while always acting with integrity as a custodian of Revenue Growth Management Framework.

Your Role

• Set overall PPWF framework and strategy (Discount, Rebate, Provision)；
• Trade Spend Management: Track and Intervene promotion strategy to manage Trade Spend according to annual strategy and sell-in resources；
• Optimize Provision design based on RGM framework to drive KA JBP.

You're The Right Fit If

• Experience in pricing, commercial, finance, strategic or auditing role;
• Strong analytic tool skills (Excel mandatory and SAP/BW is preferred);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience with working in a business with complex market;
• Strong commercial understanding.
