We are seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Rice Miller to operate and monitor rice milling equipment and help maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor rice milling and processing equipment.
• Monitor product quality, production flow, and equipment performance.
• Make routine equipment/process adjustments.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report maintenance issues.
• Complete production and quality records.
• Clean equipment and work areas.
• Follow all safety, GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Work with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
• Support continuous improvement and preventive maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English – REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing, food processing, grain handling, or rice milling experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Ability to work around machinery, grain dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and climb stairs/ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required.
• Willingness to work rotating/fixed shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• Rice or grain milling
• Food processing
• Industrial equipment operation
• Forklift/material handling
• Basic mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic troubleshooting
• GMP/HACCP and food safety
