Duties

• Lead guided tours across various historic sites, parks, and outdoor attractions while ensuring guest safety and enjoyment
• Deliver compelling storytelling using effective tour guiding techniques to captivate audiences of all ages and backgrounds
• Manage tour groups efficiently by coordinating schedules, maintaining group rapport, and ensuring timely progression of tours
• Communicate complex historical or cultural information clearly in multiple languages or bilingual formats as needed
• Build strong rapport with guests through friendly interaction, personalized attention, and excellent customer service skills
• Ensure wilderness safety protocols are followed during outdoor excursions
• Maintain accurate records of tour attendance, guest feedback, and safety incidents to improve overall tour quality
