Key responsibilities

• Perform door-to-door collection of customers' trade-in devices
• Deliver purchased devices and collect trade-in devices from customers when required
• Inspect and diagnose devices on-site and provide the final trade-in quotation
• Assist customers to remove personal accounts, back up/remove data and factory reset devices before handover
• Verify device details, IMEI and customer information before collection
• Pack, label and secure devices properly using the required packaging materials
• Return collected devices safely to the office/production team
• Update collection and delivery status accurately in the system

About you

• Valid motorcycle licence
• Familiar with Klang Valley routes
• Comfortable with smartphones and basic device diagnosis
• Responsible and customer friendly
