About the role

Eli consolidated resources corp. is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Rider to join our Couriers, Drivers & Postal Services team. This is a full-time position based in Diliman, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Rider, you will be the face of our company, responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parcels and documents to our customers across the Manila metropolitan area. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for dependable service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels, documents and packages to designated recipients in accordance with delivery schedules and routes
• Operate your assigned motorcycle or vehicle in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including signatures, timestamps and photographic evidence where required
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining company reputation
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or damage immediately to management
• Organise and plan delivery routes efficiently to maximise productivity and minimise delivery times
• Communicate with dispatch team regarding delivery status updates and any delays or obstacles encountered
• Ensure all packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition
• Meet daily and monthly delivery targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's license appropriate for motorcycle or vehicle operation in Metro Manila
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a delivery rider or in a similar courier/logistics role
• Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and traffic patterns
• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple deliveries
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently whilst following company procedures and guidelines
• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting delivery deadlines
• Physical fitness and ability to handle package loading and unloading
• Basic digital literacy for using mobile applications and GPS systems
• Clean driving record and commitment to road safety
• Preferred: Experience with delivery management software or mobile tracking applications
