Role Description:

MOTORENTO is looking for a Rider Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of recruiting, onboarding, and orienting new riders. This role ensures that all riders are thoroughly briefed on company policies, properly documented, and fully prepared for deployment. The position requires strong communication, presentation, and administrative skills to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and uphold organizational standards.

This is a project-based, on-site role with 25% hiring and onboarding activities conducted across multiple locations in NCR and nearby provinces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for rider positions
• Conduct orientations and onboarding sessions for new hires
• Present company policies, expectations, and operational processes
• Validate required documents and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements
• Coordinate deployment schedules and endorse new riders to the Operations team
• Maintain accurate records and onboarding reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Preferably with experienced level, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in recruitment or onboarding
• Comfortable presenting to groups and speaking to multiple applicants at once
• Organized and detail-oriented in documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate findings clearly and professionally.
• Commit to working on-site in the office, with the possibility of shift adjustments based on operational needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must have at least Non-Professional Driver’s License Restriction Code 1

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
