Rider Operations Associate

About the role

Rider/E-bike Cart Operator role involves operating a mobile coffee cart on an e-bike or manual bike, serving drinks and providing customer service at designated outdoor locations across Manila and nearby areas.

Key responsibilities

• Check the manifest against the actual quantity of coffee cups and supplies received before leaving the depot/hub
• Monitor and maintain adequate stocks of disposable supplies such as paper straws, cup lids, and tissues
• Conduct a basic safety and equipment check of the bike/e-bike cart before each trip
• Prepare and serve drinks onsite and provide friendly customer service
• Take customer orders directly at the e-bike cart and ensure accurate order processing
• Properly collect and remit all cash payments
• Verify and confirm all digital payments, including GCash transactions
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and good working condition of the e-bike cart and assigned equipment
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and designated selling locations

About you

• Physically fit and comfortable riding/driving for extended periods and working outdoors
• Able to handle and transport a coffee cart weighing approximately 30 kg
• With good cycling or driving skills; experience operating an e-bike or rolling cart is an advantage
• Familiar with navigating busy streets, neighborhoods, and urban routes
• Well-groomed, presentable, friendly, and customer-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to operate a manual bike or e-bike
• Flexible and able to manage unexpected situations such as minor equipment issues or weather changes
• Preferably residing in Manila or nearby areas
