Riding instructor (m/f/d)

To strengthen our equestrian team, we are looking for a passionate and welcoming Riding Instructor (m/f/d) who combines a love for horses with enthusiasm for working with children and creating unforgettable experiences in nature.

Your Tasks

• Conduct age-appropriate riding lessons for beginners and advanced riders
• Lead trail rides and nature-based riding experiences
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our equestrian programme
• Share knowledge about horses, riding and responsible horse care
• Care for and ensure the wellbeing of our horses
• Organise stable tours and interactive experiences in our equestrian centre
• If qualified, provide equine-assisted therapy sessions Work closely with the Kids Club and all operational departments

Your Profile

• Certified Riding Instructor or equivalent qualification
• Experience in equine-assisted therapy is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of horse care and stable management
• Experience working with children
• Passion for nature, horses and child-centred learning
• Independent, responsible and well-organised working style
• Warm personality and genuine passion for hospitality
• Very good Italian and English skills; German is an advantage
