About the role
Operate and assist in the setup and maintenance of drilling equipment for safe and efficient site operations.
Key responsibilities
- Operate drilling rig equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections
- Assist with rig setup, positioning, and dismantling
- Monitor drilling operations and equipment performance
- Handle drilling tools, materials, and equipment properly
- Coordinate with the drilling crew and site personnel
- Report equipment defects or malfunctions
- Follow site safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping
About you
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Rig Operator
- Experience in drilling or foundation works is an advantage
- Knowledge of drilling equipment and safe operating procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and willing to work onsite, outdoors, and in demanding conditions
- TESDA NC II or related certification is an advantage
