JOIN OUR RIGGING DIVISION TEAM

Location: Cork, Kinsale

Responsibilities:

• Operate a mag drill to drill holes in metal surfaces for support and bracket installation.
• Secure and align brackets to ensure structural stability.
• Follow technical drawings and measurements for accurate placement.
• Safely rig and hook loads for lifting operations using appropriate equipment.
• Assist in the setup and dismantling of cranes and heavy equipment.
• Conduct pre-use inspections of rigging equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other site personnel to coordinate lifting operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Rigger or in a similar role.
• Must hold a valid Slingers ticket
• Knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret load charts and blueprints.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NPORS/ OPITO / Slingers, SOLAS Safe Pass, Manual Handling, Working at Heights).
• Strong awareness of health & safety regulations on construction and industrial sites.
