Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Pre-Lift Gear Inspection: Continuously inspect all lifting gear including heavy-duty chains, corner casting hooks, G-pins, shackles, and the sidelifter’s hydraulic crane arms to ensure no damage or wear.
• Cargo Securing & Rigging: Safely attach high-tensile chains from the dual crane units to the top or bottom corner castings of shipping containers. Adjust chain links appropriately depending on whether lifting single 40ft containers or double-stacking dual 20ft containers.
• Stabilization Control: Assess the ground terrain (including raw or unprepared remote terrain). Deploy hydraulic stabilizing legs, positioning dunnage blocks where necessary to distribute ground pressure safely and prevent trailer tilting
• Signaling & Communication: Direct the vehicle/crane operator using standardized hand signals or radio devices during complex transfers—such as loading from the ground, transferring container-to-container, or loading onto rail wagons.
• Site Safety Enforcement: Establish and enforce strict exclusion zones around the side-loading swing radius. Immediately trigger a "stop operation" if unpermitted personnel enter the hazard area or if load instability is observed
• Transport Lashing: Ensure all container chassis twist locks are fully secured and engaged prior to the truck departing for long-distance transport.

Pay: Php900.00 per day
