What they need
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Tower Crane Operator Assistant / Helper to support the Tower Crane Operator and site team in daily lifting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Tower Crane Operator during lifting and material-handling activities.
Help with attaching, securing, and guiding lifting materials under the direction of the operator and site supervisor.
Check lifting tools, slings, hooks, and related equipment before use and report any damage or unsafe condition.
Assist in maintaining a safe working area around crane operations.
Follow all site safety rules and instructions from supervisors.
Communicate clearly with the crane operator and ground team using approved signals.
Keep the work area and lifting equipment organized and clean.
Perform other general site duties as assigned.
Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
