About the role

Join the dynamic team at Slewrig Constructions' as a Rigger. This full-time role in the Perth Metro area.Slewrig Constructions offers the opportunity to work on exciting construction projects, utilising your expertise in the Structural Steel ,Panel Erection,Mechanical Rigging and Crane Dogging . As a Rigger, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of construction activities.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the installation of structural steel and tilt up panels, maintenance, and removal of rigging equipment such as slings and chains
• Conducting pre-lift inspections and identifying any potential safety hazards
• Calculating load capacities and selecting appropriate rigging equipment
• Providing guidance and support to other crew members on proper rigging techniques
• working out of EWP's
• Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Rigger /steel and panel erector, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of rigging equipment, load capacities, and safe rigging practices
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and load charts
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Relevant certifications, such as a Rigging and Dogging licence
