Rigger | Offshore - Multipurpose

Join OSM Thome as a Rigger on an offshore multipurpose vessel in Brazil. You will work with deck and crane teams to secure and move heavy loads safely, supporting daily marine and offshore operations.

• Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and inspect lifting gear, slings, shackles and wires before use

• Rig and guide loads during crane and deck operations

• Follow lifting plans and safety procedures at all times

• Assist with deck work, cargo handling and general maintenance

• Report any unsafe conditions, damaged gear or incidents to supervisors

• Requirements:

• Proven offshore rigger experience on vessels or platforms

• Valid rigger/lifting operations certification

• Good knowledge of lifting gear, safe working loads and hand signals

• Fit for offshore work, including medical and required offshore courses

• Team player with a strong safety mindset and basic English communication
