About the Role

As a Precast Rigger, you will safely lift, move and position precast concrete elements on-site, ensuring efficient installation while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all duties with safety the key priority.
• Perform rigging, lifting, and positioning of precast concrete panels, beams, columns, and other structural elements.
• Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures and lifting plans.
• Maintain rigging equipment and ensure all certifications and inspections remain current.
• Assist with general site activities as required to support project delivery.
• Conduct pre-start inspections of rigging equipment and report any defects or safety concerns.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• High level of attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Experience working with precast concrete installations (preferred).
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Good problem-solving and practical skills.
• Current Intermediate Rigging licence.

Pay: $42.00 per hour

Experience:

• Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
• Rigger: 3 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• White Card (Preferred)
• Intermediate Rigging Ticket (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Preferred)
