Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Coordinating with crane operators, site engineers, and safety teams. Reviewing method statements and risk assessments. Supervising critical or heavy lifts on-site.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree/Diploma Holder. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork. Ability to supervise and train rigging teams
