About the job

We are mobilising for a shutdown project at a major industrial client site in Ruwais and are looking for experienced Rigging Supervisors who can start immediately. You will lead safe and efficient lifting operations in a fast-paced shutdown environment.

We are hiring for:

• Rigging Supervisor (APLO Certified)
• Rigging Supervisor

Project details:

• Immediate start
• Short-term project assignment
• Day and night shift positions available

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate rigging and lifting activities in line with client and project HSE standards
• Prepare lift plans and risk assessments, and make sure every lift is carried out safely
• Inspect rigging equipment and lifting gear before use, making sure all items are certified and fit for purpose
• Lead and brief riggers and banksmen, and hold daily toolbox talks
• Work closely with the shutdown, HSE and client teams to keep work on schedule
• APLO position: act as the Appointed Person for Lifting Operations, approving lift plans and overseeing critical lifts

Desired Candidate Profile

What you will bring

• Proven experience on ADNOC sites
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Rigging Supervisor in oil and gas or petrochemical plants
• APLO position: valid APLO certification and minimum 5 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations, rigging practices and safety standards
• Ability to complete site and HSE inductions immediately
• Immediate availability
• Good spoken and written English
