I'm a business owner in Chester, South Carolina, and I'm building. I'm looking for an intern manager — not a coffee-runner. Somebody who wants to ride with me every day, learn every one of my businesses from the inside, and grow into running them with me.

The greats all built this way. Diddy's people came up from interns to running companies. Kevin Hart's team started at the bottom and grew with him. That's the seat I'm building here: start as my intern, learn the money, the people, the scheduling, the whole operation — and build it with me until you're managing it.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**

• Ride with me daily — meetings, properties, deals, the floor. You're my second set of eyes, and the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Keep the schedule tight: appointments, follow-ups, deadlines. Nothing slips.

• Watch the numbers: check the bookkeeper's work, verify payments actually landed, flag anything that's off.

• Handle people: tenants, vendors, customers — professional, sharp, on point.

• Follow up relentlessly. If I said it gets done, you make sure it got done.

**WHO YOU ARE:**

• Smart and quick on your feet. Witty. Articulate — you can talk to a banker and a tenant in the same hour.

• Good with numbers AND good with people. Organized about scheduling.

• Good with AI and quick to learn — you will work with AI tools every day, and you pick up new systems fast.

• Energetic. Hungry. You want to BUILD something, not just have a job.

• Reliable transportation, and you show up every day. In-person, Chester, SC.

• Must be able to travel on short notice — including flying out with the owner on short notice.
