Urgent Hiring: Risk Adjustment Medical Coder
Job Summary
The Risk Adjustment Medical Coder is responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning accurate codes to support risk adjustment models and ensure proper reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes for risk adjustment
- Review patient records for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with risk adjustment guidelines (HCC coding)
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Participate in audits and quality reviews
Qualifications
- PHRN required
- Certified (CPC or CRC)
- Strong knowledge of Risk Adjustment / HCC coding
Experience
- At least 1 year risk adjustment coding experience
Work Details
