About the Role

We are pooling Risk Adjustment Medical Coders to join the Shearwater Health team. This is a full time, remote role, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating Shearwater Health training activities
• Plans, assesses, organizes, coordinates, conducts and evaluates all SWH training programs and activities

Qualifications

• Must have an active PHRN license
• Must have an active coding certification (CPC/CCS/CIC/COC/CRC)
• With at least 3 years of HCC Coding experience
