Risk Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate financial, operational, fraud, compliance, and technology risks.
• Monitor payment transactions and risk indicators to identify potential suspicious or high-risk activities.
• Conduct risk assessments for merchants, products, business processes, and new initiatives.
• Establish risk controls, limits, KRIs, and risk mitigation plans.
• Work closely with Compliance, Fraud, Operations, Product, Technology, and Internal Audit teams to manage and mitigate risks.
• Prepare regular risk reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure risk management practices are aligned with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably within fintech, payment gateway, banking, or financial services.
• Good understanding of payment systems, transaction risk, fraud risk, operational risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in risk assessment, risk monitoring, KRI development, and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to work cross-functionally and communicate risk issues effectively to management.
• Familiarity with Bank Indonesia regulations (PBI/PADG) and relevant fintech/payment industry regulations is preferred.
• Strong Excel/data analysis skills; experience with SQL or risk analytics tools is an advantage.
