Risk Analyst - Transformation Programme

💰 £40,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

📅 6-9 Month Fixed-Term Contract

We're supporting a well-established, regulated financial services organisation as they embark on a significant enterprise-wide risk transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Risk Analyst looking to gain exposure to a high-profile change initiative, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to enhance risk frameworks, reporting, governance and controls.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting the delivery of a business-wide risk transformation programme.
• Assisting with the review and enhancement of risk management frameworks and policies.
• Analysing risk data and producing meaningful MI and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Maintaining and improving risk registers, controls and action tracking.
• Supporting risk workshops, assessments and governance activities.
• Working with stakeholders across multiple business functions to embed risk best practice.

We're keen to speak with individuals who have:

• Previous experience within Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk or Risk Governance.
• Insurance experience in the UK company market highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting change, transformation or framework enhancement projects would be advantageous.
• Good Excel and reporting capabilities.
