Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Risk Analyst with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will be able to immediately support the intake, documentation, assessment, and ongoing management of risks and issues within the organization's Risk Register.

This individual will work closely with stakeholders to gather information, translate business input into clear and concise risk statements, and ensure risks and issues are accurately documented, assessed, tracked, and maintained throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Intake, document, assess, and maintain risks and issues within the ServiceNow Risk Register.
• Create, update, and manage risk and issue records using ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather risk-related information and translate input into clear, concise, and actionable risk statements.
• Support the full risk lifecycle, including identification, assessment, documentation, remediation, monitoring, and closure.
• Ensure risk records are accurate, complete, and consistently maintained.
• Track remediation activities, follow up on outstanding issues, and maintain visibility into risk status.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure risks and issues are properly captured and managed.

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience in risk analysis, risk management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
• Demonstrated experience creating, updating, and maintaining risks and issues within a ServiceNow Risk Register.
• Strong understanding of the risk management lifecycle, from identification through remediation and closure.
• Ability to translate stakeholder input into clear, concise, and well-documented risk statements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
