Risk Analyst (Python) Leading Microfinance Company - Bangalore

Hi,

We are hiring for a Risk Analyst role with one of India's leading Microfinance (NBFC) companies based in Bangalore.

Python is mandatory for this role.

Role Highlights:

• Analyze loan portfolio performance and customer repayment behavior.
• Monitor portfolio health using risk metrics such as PAR, vintage analysis, and roll rates.
• Recommend improvements to credit policies and underwriting strategies.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide insights to senior management.
• Work with Python and Advanced Excel to derive business insights.

Eligibility:

• Up to 8 years of experience in Risk Analytics/Risk Management within Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, or Financial Services.
• Strong analytical skills with Python and Advanced Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Location: Bangalore
