Risk Analyst Supervisor

Webzoid System Solutions Corporation is seeking a talented Risk Analyst Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our Paranaque City office. This full-time position is responsible for leading and overseeing our risk analysis efforts, ensuring the company maintains a robust risk management framework. As the Risk Analyst Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing and mitigating potential risks to support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing:

• Consistently utilize the established standard operating procedures during fraud investigation to minimize the risk of fraudulent activities on the platform.
• Conducts thorough analyses of user information and activities and monitors user behavior to identify any unusual activity to protect the company from any fraudulent transactions.
• Communicates directly with users that are indicative of fraud in a timely and efficient manner.
• Investigates and resolves instances of fraud on the platform while ensuring compliance to regulatory measures.
• Recommends measures to detect and prevent fraud activities to protect the company from any risk.
• Supervise and support a team of risk officers or analysts. Monitor and evaluate organizational risks across departments.
• Responsible for minimizing the risk of fraudulent activity on the platform by analyzing user data and identifying potential fraud patterns.

What we're looking for:

• In-depth understanding of entire MS Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Professional level in verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable on Fraud and Risk Management.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Preferably, with at least five (5) year experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit.
• Minimum of three (3) year BPO (Preferred Local Gaming) experience is an advantage.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Good command of interpreting written English and Tagalog language.
• Can naturally converse verbally using English and Tagalog language.
