Risk & Compliance - Broker

• Independently conduct end-to-end reviews of compliance risks across business processes, policies, and operational practices, and map gaps against applicable regulations
• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to management, monitor their follow-up through completion, and report compliance status regularly
• Represent company in examinations and audits, coordinate internal units, and ensure findings are resolved within agreed deadlines
• Prepare accurate and timely periodic and incidental reports to regulators
• Provide compliance views on new products, services, partnerships, and initiatives from the early planning stage, assess regulatory risks, and recommend mitigation
• Ensure licensing and regulatory requirements are met before launch

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit in financial services, preferably in insurance, insurance brokerage, or other OJK-regulated institutions; experience handling OJK examinations is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of insurance and insurance broker regulations, OJK requirements, and related rules such as consumer protection, AML/CFT, and personal data protection
• Strong analytical, risk assessment, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of results
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with regulators and senior management
• High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
