Risk and Internal Control Officer 風險內控主任

【崗位職責】

1. 內控體系建設：協助上級優化並完善公司內控體系，建立健全內部控制制度、流程標准及評價機制。

2. 內部審計實施：開展專項內部審計及流程審計工作，出具書面審計報告，提出整改意見和改進措施。

3. 內控監督檢查：協助公司內部控制制度的執行情況進行監督檢查，協助相關部門完成制度修訂與流程優化。

4. 風險識別與評估：協助圍繞采購、銷售、供應鏈、項目管理等關鍵業務環節，設計並實施內控流程，識別潛在風險點。

5. 整改跟蹤：對審計發現的問題和整改情況進行跟蹤檢查，確保整改措施落實到位。

6. 對接上級與外部審計：配合上級公司及外部審計機構開展內控審計工作。

【任職要求】

1. 統招本科及以上學曆，會計、審計、財務管理、法學等相關專業優先；

2. 2年以上內控/風控/內審/法務/運營管理工作經驗；

3. 具備審計洞察力、邏輯分析能力和跨部門溝通協調能力；

4. 熟悉國家相關法律法規優先，掌握企業內控審計方法論；

5. 工作嚴謹細致，責任心強，具備較強的文字表達能力。

6. 經驗較少會考慮為主任。
