Risk and Sustainability Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, preferably Finance or Economics or related field
• Must have 3-5 years of experience working in a financial institution or similar
• Must be knowledgeable with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Sustainability (Economic, Environmental, Social and Governance (EESG))
• Financial acumen and business orientation is a plus.
• Must have strong data analytical skills and capabilities
• Has had experience dealing with credit, liquidity and operational risk management in a financial institution
• Must have good communication and presentation skills.
• Must be flexible and quick to adapt to the changing needs of the team, and to work within an environment that is still developing many of its policies and procedures.
