Risk Associate (Open to Fresh Graduates)

About the Role

Supports the review of Bank's policies, standards, procedures, and manuals covering Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk, and other risk management disciplines. Assists in ensuring that risk documentation remains aligned with regulatory requirements, internal governance standards, and industry best practices.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepares policy manuals, memoranda, and guidelines upon request by Management.
• Issues and provides standard templates to Business Units for the drafting of Policy Manuals.
• Assists and supports Business Units in the documentation, revision, and updating of Operations and Product Manuals.
• Reviews policy manuals to ensure that inconsistent, outdated, or superseded policies are properly amended.
• Maintains a digital repository of Operations and Product Manuals accessible to authorized employees.
• Reviews new and existing bank forms to ensure all required information and fields are properly captured.
• Secures the necessary approvals for memoranda, guidelines, and policy documents.
• Disseminates approved policies and guidelines to Branches and Business Units.
• Coordinates the submission of approved policies and related documents to regulatory authorities, including BSP, as required.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Political Science, Finance, or other related courses.
• Strong policy writing, technical writing, and document review skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining policies, procedures, manuals, and governance documents.
