What you’ll be doing
- Identify, assess & analyze business risks.
- Dig into data to flag red flags early.
- Build reports & dashboards for risk tracking.
- Work with teams to design risk mitigation plans.
- Monitor compliance with policies & regulations.
- Support audits and risk assessments.
- Translate complex risk data into simple insights.
What we’re looking for
- Any Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related - Certs a plus!
- Analytical mind, loves digging into numbers.
- Strong Excel skills (bonus points for SQL/data tools).
- Clear communicator — can explain risk in plain English.
- Detail-oriented, doesn't miss the small stuff.
- Curious, proactive, asks "what if?".
- Fresh out of Uni, Entry Level, Mid-career switch? Totally fine.
