What You Do:

• Conduct risk assessments (RCSA) to identify, evaluate, and map operational risks across business units
• Test whether internal controls are working effectively — and recommend improvements where they're not
• Investigate incidents and audit findings to get to the root cause and drive corrective actions through to closure
• Keep up with regulatory requirements and ensure our controls meet those expectations
• Turn risk data into clear reports and dashboards that help leadership make decisions
• Apply audit fundamentals like sampling, evidence gathering, and proper documentation
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a way that actually gets action taken

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years in risk management, internal control, or internal audit (financial services preferred)
• Hands-on experience with RCSA, incident/root cause analysis, and control assessments
• Familiarity with risk frameworks (COSO, Basel, Three Lines Model) and audit methodology
• Strong data skills — Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Clear communicator who can influence stakeholders and drive remediation
• GRC tools experience and professional certifications (CRISC, CIA, CISA, FRM) are a plus
