Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer, sales and financing records in the system.
• Support the Sales Team with documentation, loan application submission and follow up.
• Verify and organize customer documents and supporting information to ensure completeness.
• Coordinate closely with sales consultants, dealers, customers and internal departments throughout the application process.
• Monitor application status and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and assist in daily sales operations and administrative activities.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide professional after sales administrative support.
• Assist in improving business processes and perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Must Have

• Diploma, or Degree in any field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.

• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Detail oriented, responsible, and good at data entry work.

• Good service attitude and able to work well in a team.

Good to have

• Experience in automotive, car dealership, loan processing, banking, finance, or sales support

• Knowledge of automotive sales, hire purchase, or financing process.

• Able to work in a fast paced and growing business environment.

• Working Days: 5 work days, 9am - 6pm

• Training will be provided for candidates without relevant industry experience.
