Risk Management Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating key risks, monitoring KRIs and macroeconomic conditions, and ensuring credit risk management aligns with the organization's risk limits.

What You'll Do

1. Credit Risk Management

• Develop, maintain, and enhance risk dashboards for portfolio monitoring.
• Analyze credit criteria, lending conditions, and approval strategies.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including new acquisition profiles and customer payment behavior.

2. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

• Track and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) alongside macroeconomic trends.
• Establish, update, and maintain the corporate Risk Register.
• Conduct risk assessments and formulate actionable mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in Credit Risk, Enterprise Risk Management, or Risk Analytics.
3. Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, or SQL).
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
5. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
