Risk Management Intern

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the team in monitoring CCTV footage across assigned outlets.
• Assist in reviewing CCTV footage to identify suspicious activities, operational irregularities, or potential losses.
• Support the team in monitoring stock and cash-related discrepancies through CCTV footage and available records.
• Assist in documenting and reporting incidents identified during CCTV monitoring.
• Maintain proper records of CCTV findings, incidents, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in reviewing and organising CCTV footage for investigation purposes.
• Support the team in preparing basic monitoring reports and documentation.
• Assist in coordinating and following up on CCTV-related requests from outlets and internal departments.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Loss Prevention, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Interested in CCTV monitoring, Loss Prevention, security operations, and retail operations.
• Good observation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to analyse information and identify irregularities or unusual activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, observant, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Available to undergo an internship for a minimum period of 2 months.
