Risk Management Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Study and apply sound risk management practices in accordance with Basel III and BOT regulations.
• Coordinate with IT and the parent bank on risk management systems and Basel III calculations.
• Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and systems.
• Identify, measure, monitor, and report key risks and risk exposures.
• Perform risk analysis and statistical/data analysis to support risk monitoring.
• Prepare risk management reports and related analyses for management and relevant committees.
• Support the development and review of risk management policies, limits, and monitoring indicators.
• Perform other risk management duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or other relevant fields.
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills; relevant experience in statistical analysis is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and data processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of risk management and banking regulations is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage.
