Risk Management System

1. Role Objective

Lead real-time risk monitoring and mitigation strategies across all trading segments to safeguard

assets, protect firm capital, and ensure absolute regulatory compliance.

2. Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

 Real-Time Monitoring: Oversee client margins, exposures, and MTM losses across Equity,

F&O, Currency, and Commodity markets comprehensively.

 Quantitative Modeling: Stream live F&O data from platforms like G.E.T.s Terminal into

Excel to calculate custom ratio and delta formulas for instant risk assessment.

 Volatility Analysis: Leverage Implied Volatility (IV) and market trends to forecast option

price shifts and proactively adjust risk limits.

 Exposure Control: Manage margin shortfalls and limit breaches; execute rapid square-offs

during high-volatility events to minimize financial risk.

 System Optimization: Configure RMS parameters, automate workflows, and enforce strict

adherence to SEBI and exchange guidelines.

3. Skills & Qualifications Required

 Experience: 2 to 5+ years of robust experience in Capital Market Operations and Risk

Management within a stockbroking setup.

 Technical Skills: High proficiency in RMS platforms, trading terminals (e.g., G.E.T.s), and

advanced Excel for quantitative modeling.

 Domain Knowledge: Mastery of margin frameworks, trade allocations, and complex options

strategies (Greeks, Delta hedging).

 Certifications: Mandatory NISM Series VII (Securities Operations and Risk Management)

certification.

 Attributes: Sharp analytical reasoning and the ability to make split-second, data-driven

decisions under pressure.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
