Risk Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager to lead transaction risk management and fraud prevention initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing risk strategies, monitoring transaction activities, investigating suspicious behaviors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen risk controls and support business growth.

Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and continuously optimize transaction risk management strategies

· Monitor transaction activities and identify suspicious or abnormal behaviors

· Configure and maintain risk rules, thresholds, and control mechanisms

· Investigate suspicious transactions and provide risk assessments and recommendations

· Analyze risk data and prepare regular risk reports with actionable insights

· Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to strengthen risk controls and processes

· Stay updated on emerging fraud trends and industry best practices

· Support risk incident investigations and escalation processes.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Fraud Prevention, Transaction Monitoring, or related functions

· Hands-on experience in transaction risk analysis and risk rule management

· Familiarity with payment, e-wallet, fintech, or internet business risk scenarios

· Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken
