Risk Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• With a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in enterprise risk management, audit, compliance, governance, or related functions
• Preferably with insurance, HMO, banking, or regulated industry experience
• Must have strong knowledge of ERM frameworks, ISO 31000, risk governance, Board reporting, and enterprise risk assessment
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 31000, CRMA, FRM, CIA, or CRM are an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for supporting the implementation, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework across all business units and entities.
• Assists in strengthening enterprise-wide risk governance, risk oversight, operational resilience, risk reporting, and risk culture aligned with regulatory expectations, strategic objectives, and industry best practices.
• Works closely with Management, business units, support functions, and governance committees to ensure that material risks are identified, assessed, monitored, managed, and escalated appropriately.
