This role will serve as a key point of contact for insurance carriers, brokers, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of Revel Group’s commercial insurance programs, including General Liability, Property, Auto, Workers’ Compensation, Umbrella/Excess, EPLI, Cyber, and other applicable lines.
- Coordinate annual insurance renewals, including gathering exposure information, preparing renewal submissions, reviewing quotes and coverage options, and coordinating deliverables with brokers and carriers.
- Prepare and maintain accurate renewal submissions, loss runs, exposure data, operational information, and supporting documentation.
- Review insurance policies, endorsements, certificates, limits, deductibles, retentions, exclusions, and other coverage information and escalate significant issues or recommendations to Finance leadership.
- Manage the day-to-day claims process, including timely reporting, documentation, adjuster/TPA communication, claim tracking, follow-up, escalation, and closure.
- Monitor open claims and loss trends and work with Operations, HR, Safety, and other departments to identify opportunities to reduce frequency and severity.
- Maintain accurate insurance records, including policies, endorsements, certificates, schedules, vehicle and property information, renewal dates, and other program documentation.
- Coordinate insurance audits, including Workers’ Compensation and liability audits, and ensure payroll, classifications, revenue, property, vehicle, and subcontractor exposure information is accurate and submitted timely.
- Partner with Finance on insurance premiums, allocations, reconciliations, budgeting, and insurance-related reporting.
- Assist with identifying insurance coverage gaps, risk exposures, and opportunities to strengthen risk controls and reduce the company’s total cost of risk.
- Develop and maintain reporting related to policies, renewals, claims, exposures, insurance costs, and key risk issues.
- Support risk assessments and loss-prevention initiatives across Revel Group properties and operations.
- Maintain insurance compliance requirements and provide certificates of insurance and other documentation to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Serve as a resource to managers and department leaders regarding insurance, claims, risk management, and related processes.
- Support special projects related to risk management, insurance, safety, compliance, and organizational growth.

- 3–5+ years of progressive experience in commercial insurance, risk management, brokerage, carrier, claims, or a comparable corporate risk function.
- Experience supporting or managing commercial insurance renewals from submission through binding.
- Working knowledge of commercial insurance programs, policy administration, endorsements, certificates of insurance, deductibles, retentions, limits, and exclusions.
- Experience working with brokers, carriers, underwriters, TPAs, adjusters, and/or claims professionals.
- Experience managing or coordinating claims, insurance audits, exposure reporting, and loss runs.
- Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, communication, and deadline-management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to organize and analyze claims, exposure, and insurance data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Preferred
- Experience in attractions, amusement parks, outdoor recreation, hospitality, entertainment, retail, property, construction, or similarly complex multi-site operations.
