Risk Manager

We are seeking a Risk Manager to join a growing commercial construction organization. This role will support insurance procurement, construction contract review, claims coordination, risk transfer, bonding, and subcontractor insurance compliance while partnering closely with project teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of construction risk management or construction-focused insurance experience.
• Experience with insurance procurement and administration.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, indemnification, and risk transfer.
• Claims management and carrier/broker coordination experience.
• ARM, CRIS, CPCU, or similar certifications are a plus
